Inside Sales Representative

We are looking to grow our sales team and are willing to train highly motivated team members in the best practices of Inbound Selling. You will only call on Inbound leads and existing customers.  We hire for talent and train a skill.

What You Will Do:

  • Sustain daily high-volume activity metrics that have proven success for the existing team.
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level. Execute the one call close process.
  • Passionate about sales and growing a business as part of a tight knit team.
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, high energy, high performance culture.
  • Comfortable living outside of your comfort zone to build something great.
  • Adhere to proven sales process and help leadership innovate for increase closing ratios.
  • Convert inbound leads into customers at proven ratios.
  • Call existing customers to upgrade them and reduce attrition.

Outside Sales Representative

Our team is growing, and we are looking for energetic and goal oriented Outside Sales Representatives. In this role you will be a key member of a growing team focused on generating home security sales.

What You Will Do:

  • Must commit to knocking on doors to generate business daily.
  • Engage customers in conversation using lead qualification skills to explore customer needs and concerns.
  • Use sales knowledge and communication skills to easily read customer through written cues and position for an appointment.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high level of service.
  • To meet or exceed all Minimum Performance Standards as set forth and attain Monthly Development Plan goals regularly.

What You Should Have:

  • 1+ year(s) experience in a sales role (inside sales, outside sales, or commissioned sales)
  • Must follow attendance guidelines to meet our customers’ needs.
  • HS and/or equivalent.

Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist

You will perform both accounting and clerical tasks in the accounts payable and receivables areas along with assisting bi-weekly payroll with ADP.  Multi-taskers and self-managed are key success in this role.  Bring your experience and make an impact at our rapidly growing company. 

What You Will Do:

  • Review and verify invoices and check requests
  • Ad-hoc reporting, match, enter and upload invoices for payment
  • Track expenses and process expense reports
  • Reconcile transactions, and prepare analysis of accounts
  • Monitor/research and follow-up on payments
  • Bi-weekly payroll
  •  Other duties as assigned

What you Should Have:

  • Knowledge of accounts payable & accounts receivables
  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures
  • Organized, attention to detail and accuracy are critical
