Inside Sales Representative

We are looking to grow our sales team and are willing to train highly motivated team members in the best practices of Inbound Selling. You will only call on Inbound leads and existing customers.  We hire for talent and train a skill.

What You Will Do:

  • Sustain daily high-volume activity metrics that have proven success for the existing team.
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level. Execute the one call close process.
  • Passionate about sales and growing a business as part of a tight knit team.
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, high energy, high performance culture.
  • Comfortable living outside of your comfort zone to build something great.
  • Adhere to proven sales process and help leadership innovate for increase closing ratios.
  • Convert inbound leads into customers at proven ratios.
  • Call existing customers to upgrade them and reduce attrition.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

What you should have:

  • Strong internal drive to succeed and willingness to do whatever it takes to win.
  • Superior communications skills and ability to build fast relationships over the phone.
  • Willingness and desire to be coached and constantly grow in your career.
  • HS and/or equivalent.
